Welcome! I have a genuine passion for helping people and truly enjoy supporting clients as they work toward reaching their full potential. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with both adolescents and adults across a wide range of challenges.
I’ve also had the opportunity to work within educational settings, supporting adolescents and their families as they navigate difficult circumstances and work toward greater success. I bring a compassionate, curious approach to therapy and take time to understand each person’s unique experiences. I meet my clients where they are—and help them move toward where they want to be.

I am a telehealth therapist. This means I conduct counseling sessions online via video conferencing where I interact with my clients in realtime. As an online therapist I can meet you where you are, exactly how you are.
